Barnabas Foundation is looking for a talented problem-solver to fill the IT Support Specialist position in the Crete, IL office. This person will assist the IT Manager in providing first-level technical assistance by troubleshooting employee requests and resolving issues to maintain productivity.

Qualifications include: Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems. Software maintenance and testing capability. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical employees. Customer service attitude and desire to work as a team.

Estate Planning Administrative Assistant (Full-time)

Barnabas Foundation is looking for an organized people person to fill the Administrative Assistant position in the Crete, IL office. This person will report to the Director of Client Services and assist the estate planning professionals with organizing, scheduling, and various other operating needs.

Qualifications include: At least 3-5 years experience in an administrative related position. Experience working with a law firm or attorneys is helpful, but not required. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient knowledge of Word, Outlook and PowerPoint with the willingness to learn new software programs. Ability to work independently, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
