Marketing and Member Services Assistant

Barnabas Foundation seeks a Marketing and Member Services Assistant to serve in the Crete, IL office. This person will contribute their talents to a vibrant Christian ministry by providing ongoing administrative support to the marketing and member services teams.

Qualifications include: Customer service oriented, a “people person.” Detail oriented. Dependable, self-starter with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects and tasks. At least two years prior experience as an administrative or executive assistant. Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office software, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

Accounting / Human Resource Specialist

Barnabas Foundation, a faith-based non-profit organization, seeks an Accounting / Human Resource Specialist join its Crete, Illinois office. This person will contribute their talents to a vibrant Christian ministry by providing basic accounting support and human resources recordkeeping functions for the organization’s fast-paced finance department.

Qualifications include: Committed Christian who exhibits a positive attitude and enjoys working with other team members; attention to detail and ability to multi-task in an organized manner; basic understanding of accounting and finance principles; excellent writing and verbal communication skills; excellent computer skills and proficient knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. High school diploma required; college degree helpful, but not essential.
