Charitable Gift Administrator (Securities Gifts)

Barnabas Foundation, a faith-based non-profit organization, seeks a Charitable Gift Administrator to join its Crete, Illinois office. We are looking for a detail oriented and dependable individual who desires to support the mission of Barnabas Foundation through the administration of security gifts and providing excellent service to clients.

Qualifications include: Committed Christian who exhibits a positive attitude and enjoys working with other team members; customer service oriented “people person;” basic understanding of finance and accounting principles; strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail and ability to multi-task in an organized manner; excellent computer skills and proficient knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Investment advisory, trust company or private banking office experience is preferred.

Barnabas Foundation seeks to find a compassionate and talented person to fill the Client Relations Associate position in the Crete, IL office. As a representative within the call center, this person will contribute their talents to a vibrant Christian ministry by communicating with potential and existing clients by telephone or email.

Qualifications include: Customer service oriented; a “people person.” Dependable, self-starter with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects and tasks. Strong organizational skills with extraordinary attention to detail. Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office software, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. Demonstrated proficiency in learning new software systems. Prior project management experience preferred, but not required.
