"Our church came from the brink of financial ruin to a financial surplus and health we had never seen before through the help and teachings on stewardship from
Barnabas Foundation. I can not say enough about
my role as Senior Pastor in this endeavor. I and the other leaders needed to be intricately involved in the planning, teaching, and communicating of the ideas. I led the stewardship team and handpicked key people for this group. Also, all the elders and spouses were the first to attend
classes which I taught.
The Senior Pastor cannot delegate this ministry or sit on the sideline. He must be at the front to see it succeed."
