Barnabas Foundation seeks an Executive Assistant for its Crete, Illinois office. We are looking for an individual who would like to work in a vibrant ministry setting where their gifts and abilities could be used to support the Executive Director and the responsibilities of that office, which includes serving as the Corporate Secretary of the Foundation.
Qualifications include: ability to manage multiple priorities in an organized manner for a professional, fast-paced office; a positive attitude; ability to work cooperatively with others; spiritual maturity; strong computer skills; strong writing and verbal communication skills; and a high level of attention to detail. At least 5+ years of recent experience as an administrative assistant is required and familiarity with CRM databases is helpful.
