This manager believes that the market systematically misprices individual stocks and sectors and that its approach will generate above-average returns with less-than-average market risk.
International Fund
  • Manager is INVESCO
  • Investment Objective: Uses a bottom-up, value-oriented style to invest in equities of non-US based companies with the goal of producing returns above those of the international markets, at less than the market risk. The manager ranks international securities, looking at the overall quality and liquidity with a focus on a company's strategy, resources, management, competitive advantage, and sustainability of profits, to determine if the historical record can be extended.
Mid-to-Small Cap Equity Fund

  • Investment Objective: To invest in mid-to-small cap stocks of high quality companies. The portfolio is designed to provide returns of mid-to-small cap stocks while taking the lower risk associated with large cap stocks. Regular income and safety of principal are the primary objectives.
REIT Fund
  • Managers are Heitman and ING Clarion
  • Investment objective: Invests in publicly held domestic and international real estate investment trusts which are diversified as to geographic location and the type of income producing properties held. The goals of the fund are to generate current income returns in excess of the dividend yields generally available from common stocks and capital appreciation through long term growth in underlying real property value.
