• Use our convenient on-line Grant process or complete a preprinted Grant Recommendation Form and mail or fax it to us. 
• If you go on-line, you will need your account number and a password. (To establish a password to activate you account, call us at 888-448-3040 or e-mail to egrants@barnabasfoundation.com. 
• You will be asked to verify that “no goods or services were received” for your gift – nor was it fulfillment of a pledge. 
• You will have the option to give anonymously, if you so choose. 
• You may restrict your gift to a special cause within your favorite charity. 
• On-line Grant Recommendations will be acknowledged with an immediate confirmation. If no confirmation is received, the electronic process has not been completed. 
• All grants that are approved by Thursday are mailed by Friday, of the same week, directly to the charities you recommended.

Grants from the Stewards Fund will be made only to U.S. organizations that are tax-exempt public charities. All requests for grants to qualified charitable organizations with purposes, programs and practices that are consistent with the Christian character of Barnabas Foundation, will be honored.
