Using Barnabas Foundation as a Giving Channel
In their Wills, many people wish to leave a portion of their estate to their favorite charities. However, they also want the flexibility to change the charitable beneficiaries from time to time. Naming Barnabas Foundation as the charitable organization in their Will or Trust gives all of the tax advantages of a direct charitable gift.

Since Barnabas Foundation does not receive gifts for its own benefit, when Barnabas Foundation is named as the charitable beneficiary in an estate plan, we ask that donors provide a distribution request form, naming the organizations that they ultimately want to benefit from their gift. This service allows the donor to change the list of charities at any time without amending their Will or Trust document.
