As we worship God with our offering this morning I would like to read a scripture verse and then ask you a question.
The scripture verse for this morning is from Matthew 16:24:
Then Jesus said to his disciples, "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me."
And the question is this:
What are you saying no to because you are a Christian?
Would you think about that this week?
Let's Pray:
Father, as we bring our offering this morning we confess that it's not very often that we say no to self and to things because of You. Help us to put you first in our lives. Amen.
